Because each piece is custom made, returns are eligible for a 60% refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including returns. Exchanges are welcome for items of equal or greater value when the original chain can be reused. Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery in new, unworn condition. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. SALE items are final sale. Exchanges may be possible on a case-by-case basis please email us for assistance.

We ship to the address listed on your Etsy account unless otherwise requested. Please double-check your address, as we cannot be responsible for errors. U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Once shipped, packages are handled by USPS. If a package is lost, buyers must contact Etsy for a refund or USPS to file a claim. International orders ship USPS First Class Mail. Some countries do not offer tracking. Buyers are responsible for customs fees or tariffs. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, though delays may occur due to customs processing.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, please avoid water exposure and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. Natural oils and moisture can cause tarnish over time. Use a jewelry cloth or metal-appropriate cleaner to restore shine. If your piece ever needs repair, I’m happy to help. A prepaid return label is available, with a small repair fee and return shipping cost depending on the issue.
