Kindly be aware that I cannot assure precise delivery times. Although I may indicate that your package is likely to arrive punctually, I cannot provide a guarantee. Once I dispatch your package, its timely delivery relies on the postal service. If I mail your order within the agreed-upon timeframe, no refunds will be granted for postal service delays.

While each skirt is made very full to make it as fluffy a possible, I have no control on how puffy a skirt will end up being since the texture of the material determines how much the skirt will actually flare out. For example, the stiffer the material the puffier the skirt and the softer the material the flatter the skirt will lay. Unfortunately, I have no control on what texture the material comes in, regardless each skirt is made very full to maximize how fluffy it will be.

Each skirt is crafted to match the length specified in the listing or tailored to the customer's preferred length. We take meticulous care to ensure precision and adherence to descriptions. However, several factors may affect the perceived length:

1. Body shape may influence how skirts fit, particularly the shorter skirts, which can appear shorter on curvier individuals.
2. Your height also plays a role; all skirts come in a specific length. There a height/length size chart in the listing photos which offers guidance on what to expect, though individual variations may occur.

📦📦📦ALL RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ANY REQUESTS MADE AFTER THE 3 DAY MARK WILL BE DENIED.

All of my skirts are made to order to fit each customers specific requirements. Great attention and care is given to make sure every order is made as described in the items description and with any modifications the customers may have. Since every skirt is custom made I only allow returns for items that show up damaged in the mail or made in the wrong style /color than was ordered. Unfortunately since these items are made to order I do not do exchanges. I will however help with any issue you may have. If for some reason you absolutely need to return the item and

it does not fall within the damaged during delivery or made in the wrong size/color criteria there will be a 30% restocking fee and the shipping cost is non refundable. All items that are returned need to be packaged and sent back with the same care that it was sent to you. Items that show up at my shop in a poor state such as shoved in a bag or with animal hair & ect, will have a 50% restocking fee minus the shipping cost.

While it is uncommon for packages to experience delays, there have been instances where this has occurred. If your package hasn't reached you within the expected timeline and it's not more than 30 days past the delivery date, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'll make every effort to assist you in locating it.

It's important to note that if I shipped your item(s) within the agreed-upon timeframe, but the postal service encounters delays in delivering to you and/or you first contact me about any delivery issues more than 30 days past the expected delivery date, I regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued.

Kindly unpack and promptly hang the item to naturally eliminate wrinkles. For tulle care, consider applying a light mist of wrinkle releaser and gently running your fingers through to straighten the fabric. This can also help reduce any static buildup; please avoid saturating the tulle and instead, lightly mist it.

If you're eyeing a solid-colored skirt but wish to incorporate additional hues, it's no issue. We welcome customization requests at no additional charge for skirts with up to two colors. For skirts featuring three or more colors, there may be an extra fee. Don't hesitate to reach out with your request, and I'll guide you through the ordering process.

We understand that you might be curious about the colors, and we want to be as transparent as possible. The actual shades we receive from our suppliers are beyond our control, and there can be slight variations between different batches. Interestingly, yellow tends to be the most versatile shade, ranging from bright and vibrant to a rich, golden tone.

It's important to note that, due to our limited influence over the specific shade, we're unable to offer refunds if you receive the correct color but it doesn't match your expectations. We value your understanding in this matter.

Additionally, please remember that the color chart we provide is a helpful reference, and if you'd like to see the current shade we have on hand please message us.

We sincerely apologize for the delivery issues you've encountered. In the event your package is lost during transit, several necessary steps precede a refund:

1. We'll initiate a lost package claim with the postal service.
2. If they are unable to locate your package, we'll need to file an insurance claim.
3. Once the claim is approved, a full refund will be promptly issued.
4. If the insurance claim is denied, I'll contact Etsy to determine what steps should be taken next.
5. During this process I will be providing regular updates. Please bear with me, as it may take some time.


Regrettably, if your package was stolen after it was delivered a refund will not be issued and you will need to contact your police and file a report.
