Sterling Silver Branch Earrings - Long Twig Studs With Birds - Dainty Woodland Earrings

These whimsical nature-inspired earrings feature branch charms with the sweetest little birds sitting in them. The branches are wonderfully detailed and they're made of bright and shiny polished sterling silver. I liked the idea of the charms hanging straight so I soldered sterling silver posts to the back to give them a modern linear look. The birds and branches are 28mm long and about 12mm at their widest point. The earrings are very comfortable to wear and are held securely in place with sterling silver backings.

Gold filled jewelry has a very thick layer of real gold fused by heat/pressure bonding on to a base metal (usually brass or copper). It can get wet but avoid contact with chemicals in lotions, sunscreens, perfume etc.

Gold vermeil jewelry has a layer of real gold electroplated on to a base that is .925 sterling silver. Over time the gold might fade so avoid harsh chemicals, salt water and chlorine to keep the finish longer.

Sterling Silver + Brass
Both metals will eventually oxidize when exposed to oxygen/moisture but it's fairly easy to polish them back to their original shine with a brass/silver cleaner/polishing cloth or other natural remedies.

When not wearing your jewelry it's best to store it in an airtight container.
