----------FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ----------
*Q: Where do I send my artwork?
A: We prefer that you either use the FREE app called genius scan to capture the image or a scanner to get the best High Resolution scan/image of the recipe. A picture can also be taken but will be harder for us to drop out white backgrounds if there are light issues or shadows. Send images to etsysupport [!at] nestingproject.com with order name as it appears on your etsy account.

*Q: Can I add text
A:YES, ABSOLUTELY!!! We love this little addition. There is no extra fee but you will have to leave it in the "notes to seller" section of your checkout cart before payment is complete. Also, indicate whether you'd like the name at the top or the bottom (i.e. Grandma Chapman's Recipe - bottom right)

*Q: How long does it take?
A: A proof WILL be sent to your email on file with etsy within 2 business days. Once the item is approved, it takes 3-5 days to print with an additional 3-5 days of shipping time.

*Q: Can I see a what it will look like before I purchase
A:Because we like to stick to our quick turnarounds, we do NOT create proofs prior to payment being received. We will let you know within the first two days whether we have an issue with your file so there is no need to contact us to check on a file.

*Q: Can I use or wash my towel?
A:Absolutely. What good is a towel you can't use. These are printed with direct to garment printers which dyes the fabric. Wash on cold dedicate cycle , dry low or hang dry and iron as usual.
