Took almost a month to receive from purchase to delivery (about 4 days shy of a month). Communication was great at the beginning; never got a response after emailing seller about when the expected arrival date would be. Paint finish was pretty rough--bumpy and uneven. Loved the design idea, just poor execution and delivery was longer than stated.

This item was mailed 2 weeks after purchase, which is what we list. Due to the rural location of the customer, it took longer than normal to deliver which was out of our control. We also state our delivery is just an estimate because in cases like this, it was out of our control as to when it was in her hands.
