The pendants of the necklaces are made of acrylic. If a pendant needs to be cleaned, you should use common dishwashing detergent (or glass cleaner) and a microfibre cloth. Tissues/paper towels or cotton pads may leave marks on the material.
Pure acetone can also be used. Please do not use nail polish remover as this will cause cracks in the acrylic!

Although Germany is and was not spared from COVID-19 and several lockdowns followed, this did not affect the production in this shop. So far, I have not had the virus and am now fully vaccinated. This is why you do not need to worry about the products.

Unfortunately the German Postal Service does not provide any exact information about the delivery times during COVID-19.

Due to stricter border controls and a limitation of cargo flights, COVID-19 still causes delivery delays. Especially to the USA, major delays have been noticed. Therefore a shipping upgrade is recommended! But please do not worry, if shipping takes longer than usual. In the end, all parcels shipped during the pandemic arrived after a longer waiting time.

If you want to track your order, please select the shipping option "Tracking + Insurance" in the shopping cart. Standard shipping is just a low-cost shipping method, but does not include any extra services!
