Custom and personalized orders

I'm not able to do any custom work right now. I'm in the process of adding more images that you can customize yourself using Word, PicMonkey (free online photo editing), Photoshop, and/or Paintshop Pro. These will be added to my shop as I get them finished.

The size of all of my images are noted in the description. You can make the images smaller using a photo editing program. In most cases you can increase the size to about 25% greater than the original. Any more than that will reduce image quality. If you have any questions about image sizes just send me a convo!

Etsy's new policy penalizes shops for reviews of less than 5*. Please let me know if you need help or are having a problem with your files before leaving feedback. I'm happy to help and I will get back to you as soon as I can. It's really appreciated.

How do I get my files?

All of my images are instant downloads that you get directly from Etsy. Within about 5 to 10 minutes after payment Etsy will send you a receipt that has a link to your download page. You can also get your files by going to "You" on the top right side of the page. Click on Purchases and Reviews. All of your purchases are listed on that page. When you scroll down and find the item you bought from my shop there will be a download button right there for you :-)

My download is in a .zip file, how do I get to the images?

Zip files are a way of sending multiple documents or images, and compressing them into a smaller size to make them easier to email (or in this case share on Etsy) To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it. To open a zipped file on a PC, drag the .zip attachment to the desktop. Once the file is on the desktop, you can double- or right-click to open it. Double-click the zipped file to see its contents. Once the files are unzipped you’ll have access to the .jpg (picture) images. you can put them where ever you’d like on your computer. I like to store my image files along with my pictures. If you have any questions or problems with this please let me know!

I'm unable to download my file from Etsy!!

If you need help downloading your files here are instructions: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108-Downloading-a-Digital-Item?segment=shopping If you are trying to download using a phone and the Etsy app you can't. Go to etsy using your browser and you can download from there. Whenever you have a problem just contact me! I usually can get back to you quickly. I can either email your file, or send you an email link to Google Drive where you can get your images.

My image is printing too large (or too small)

Make sure that your printer it is set to print at "actual size" or "100 %". That usually fixes the problem. If .pdf files are available for your images please download and use those. If no .pdfs please message me and I'll convert your files for you If that doesn't work please let me know right away!

Why don't you accept returns?

By Etsy policy we are not able to accept returns for digital items. If you have a problem with your order please let me know right away! I can always work something out with you

Want it printed at Staples (or other print center)

Rarely, print shops may need a release form in order to print things that are under another's copyright. Just in case you need a form from me giving permission, you can download one from my Google Drive. Just copy and paste this link into your browser to get a copy of the letter: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UHVhrIrRjpySIUPoNEbLK40wvVCJ5Uic/view?usp=sharing

Physical (non digital) Item Returns

Yes, I do accept them - just let me know that you are sending the item back. Please make sure that it is within 7 days after purchase, and the item is in it's original condition. I will refund your return shipping and purchase price as soon as I get the item.

Miniature Dollhouse Valentines Day Labels Digital Download Printable 12th Scale Collage Sheet Candy Jar Bottle Label Miniature Labels

Super high resolution - 500 dpi - for accurate and sharp prints!! Make sure your printer is set at 100% or "actual size" when printing.

***The labels are approximate in size because they are different shapes - The size is based on the circle label diameter

Choose: 1 inch, 3/4 inch, 1/2 inch, or 1/4 inch

*You may not be able to read the fine print on the smallest size label. Clarity and sharpness will depend on your home printer capabilities.

***INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOAD - available right after payment, see your receipt for information.

I recommend using high resolution paper for the best result - Canon matte photo paper (red box) and Epson high resolution paper work great.

IMPORTANT: The image may vary slightly in appearance when printed. This is due to the paper quality, and/or the calibration of your printer. If you do not have a high resolution printer you can take the file to a print center such as Stables or Office Depot for reproduction.
