Enchanting Moon Goddess Offering Statue. There is just something about the Moon that has always drawn me to it. I love to watch her go through her phases and wondered why she calls to me. According to the ancient Greeks, Selene was the goddess of the moon. She was the daughter of Gaia, or Mother Earth, and Uranus, or Father Sky. Selene was one of the Titans, the 13 immortal children of Gaia and Uranus. Selene and her brother, Helios, were responsible for controlling the movements of the sun and moon across the sky.

☽✪☾ Moon Goddess measures approximately 7" tall x 5.5" wide and 6" from front to back & weighs almost 5 pounds of solid concrete. Please see photos for size reference

☽✪☾ Man in the Moon Head measures approximately 3" around by 2.5" tall and weighs just over one pound of solid concrete

☽✪☾ The statue can be used as a decoration or as an offering statue. Remove the "moon head" from the offering bowl and you can put in whatever suits you. This item is exclusive to my shop only - you will not find this statue anywhere else on the planet :)

☽✪☾ This goddess statue was handcrafted with my own special blend of concrete and strengthening components -- which makes her smooth as silk and very durable.

☽✪☾ Hand painted by me with outdoor safe paints made specifically for outdoor statues and sealed with what I consider to be the best concrete sealer on the market

☽✪☾ If you choose to display your statue outside, it is perfectly normal for the sun and other elements to put normal wear and tear on it. Any type of painted statue (concrete, resin or ceramic) sitting in direct sunlight is likely to fade faster than one placed in a shady spot. If you live in a climate where there are freezing temperatures -- be advised you should bring your statues indoors for the winter months.
