I use a standard font and the arm bands are 3 inches in height.

***HOW TO MEASURE YOUR ARM ***

- Always measure the thickest part of your bicep, right above the elbow pads (DO NOT FLEX, ARM DOWN AT YOUR SIDE)
- Makes sure it is a fitted (squeeze a little)
- Ask someone to help you if possible.
- If arms are different sizes go with the smaller size
- Always go a little bit smaller then going bigger

I put up a few arm sizes but if yours isn't up there just message me your size. (and if you feel a 1/4 size is better just put it in the notes.) If you order armbands and they are too big, there is a $5 shipping fee for a onetime re-sizing.
