Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreens or any other chemicals. After wearing the piece, it is best to clean it with a dry cloth and store it in a cool, dry place such as your organza pouch.

Tarnish within 14 days is not normal or reflective of the quality of products we offer, please contact us and we will replace the item.

We will replace broken items within THREE MONTHS of purchase. Please send us a photo of where your item broke.

All orders to the USA are sent WITH TRACKING. All other areas are sent via letter mail with NO TRACKING. Any orders within Canada over $50 will receive upgraded tracking at no cost.
