Shipping was delayed, but Perla was responsive about it. The packing tape around the box wasn’t completely secured when my package arrived; luckily my purse was not damaged. Perla included a very sweet note and a nice gift. The purse was in very good condition, and the inside was quite clean. The purse even smelled clean, like fresh laundry. I was very impressed at how well it must have been taken care of.
