This stunning garter set is made with Teal Blue chiffon flower and IVORY shabby chiffon rose and high quality rhinestone starfish center.

Each garter is made with IVORY stretch lace. It is about 1.5" wide.

Your garters will be custom made to fit you.

The item itself is gorgeous! Just like the photo. Unfortunately it's too big. I was told not to size down but I should have. I am going to have to try and figure out how to make it smaller.
