I ordered an instant download item but have not yet received the file. When will I get my awesome printable product?

Etsy sends the file as soon as payment clears, for some payment methods, this takes a little longer. It will be sent to the email you used to create an account on etsy. You can also check the status of your digital file delivery in your etsy account. In the upper left corner of etsy.com, click YOU > PURCHASES & REVIEWS > and then find the item your purchased. You will be able to check the status of the payment and click " Download files" if they are ready for you.

How do I open the .zip file I downloaded from Kudzu Monster?

Happy to help! On a Mac, you can simply double click the .zip file to expand it. On other systems, you right-click the file and select "unzip contents". That will create a new folder next to the original .zip file bearing the same name. Your files are in that folder!

I don't need all of the items in the deluxe printable decor kit. Can I purchase them separately?

Absolutely! I have created a listing just for that purpose. Just search for "a la carte" in my shop to find the à La Carte party printable listing. Simply purchase the quantity of à La Carte items you need and specify which items you need in the "note to seller" at time of purchase. I'll email you the files within 2 business days!

What kind of paper do you recommend I print my super cute party decor kit on?

I use Neenah Extra Heavy Weight Exact Index (110 lb index) Card Stock available at Office Depot/Max and most office supply stores!

Can I substitute one printable file for another from a different kit?

I can't offer substitutions on digital files because the files for a kit are all delivered automatically through Etsy's instant download service. I do have a listing where you may purchase a single à la carte file. Just search "à la carte" on my shop.
