All print orders 16x20 and larger are custom and are subject to 20 -25% restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage.

DO YOU SELL DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

At this time, we do not offer digital downloads of Georgianna's images. If you are interested in a professional licensing contract, please contact us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Print returns can be accepted. Notify us within 3 days of receipt and return the shipment within 7 days. Prints must be returned in original condition and original packaging at buyer's expense for refund of print purchase price. Any damage to the print will affect the amount refunded. Prints sized 16x20 and larger are custom orders and may be subject to restocking fees. Canvases are not returnable due to being custom creations. If you feel you must return a canvas for any reason other than damage, please contact us. It will be subject to a restocking fee. Items damaged in transit or with quality issues will be replaced. ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Any print or canvas damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage. Please retain all packaging until advised that the claimed item has been re-ordered.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We have spent years testing print quality and establishing relationships with the top printers in the world. Our print partners are based in the US, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia. This means that we can offer you low shipping costs and in many cases eliminate customs fees because your prints will be shipped directly to you from within your home country.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

We work very hard to ship quickly and efficiently for you. If your order is well and truly lost, we will replace it. However, please allow adequate time for delivery. You will be sent tracking information for your order. Very rarely, a package will show as delivered but will not have been. This is due to errors in the way postal services update tracking. Please be patient. In nearly all cases, the package is delivered the next day. We have only ever had a small handful of truly lost packages. We will work with you to make sure you receive yours!
