Tracking in Canada is expensive so to keep my customers shipping costs low I ship regular mail without tracking. Please contact me if you would like to pay the additional fee for tracked shipping.

Yes absolutely! Just send me a convoy with your request or leave your request in the notes to seller at checkout.

All items will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.
The only exception to this rule is if I am away on holidays. Items will then be shipped one day after my arrival home.

Canada : 2 business days - 20 business days
United States : 1 - 3 weeks ( It will all depend on where in the U.S. you live) On average it will take around 2 weeks.
International : 2 - 6 weeks ( International countries will vary dependant
on your customs policies)

I have a variety of items that can be added or swapped to give your item that custom look. If there is something you are looking for and do not see it in my shop believe me it doesn't hurt to ask because I have thousands of beads and charms and am happy to customize pieces just for you.
Please contact me asap if you would like to cancel a custom order.
I will not accept cancellations on custom orders that have already been made.

I accept paypal, credit cards and e-checks.
Items will be sent to the address that is given. You may request to change a address if there was a mistake but I am afraid if your item has already been sent out then there will be no refund.
This is your job as a buyer to give the correct information.
I will cancel any order as requested by the buyer as long as it has not been sent out.

If your item arrived in good condition, but you choose to return an item. Free shipping will no longer be valid. Shipping costs will be deducted from your return amount.
