I am an International Customer. What shipping service do you use and what about duty?

Orders are shipped USPS. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not mark international orders as "gift", or with any value other than the amount you pay; we could face heavy fines and/or lose our business license. YOU are responsible for all TAXES and DUTY owed. Please check with YOUR countries laws about restrictions and thresholds. You may want to consider keeping your order values low.

The tracking says my order was delivered but I don't have it. Help?

It doesn't happen often but packages are sometimes mis-delivered. We recommend that you check the following: -members of your household -neighbors -postal carrier -local post master If you are not successful in recovering your package, please contact us and we will work with you to find it/replace it/reship it.

Argentium Sterling Silver is our favorite metal to work with. Argentium Sterling Silver is stronger than "regular" sterling silver and it is tarnish resistant! This listing is for 1/4 TROY OUNCE of half hard or dead soft temper Square wire. This is the same wire we use to make our customer jump rings and findings such as ear wires, bails and clasps! NOTE: 24 gauge is NOT available in Dead Soft Temper. This sterling silver wire has a purity of .940.
