So taken were the Japanese with this flower that they adopted a single flowered chrysanthemum as the crest and official seal of the Emperor.

Flower is about the size of a dime or 1/2". Very lightweight and goes with everything.

This handmade sterling silver piece is created using the lost wax casting method. The earring carved in wax and then cast. Ear wire is then forged.
