Italian History : Yes, it is ok. When you placed the order you chose the Standard Interntional Parcel that requires 5 / 6 weeks (working days: No Saturday, No Sunday).

Customer: The International Standard Parcel is covered by insuranse? Is it trackable?
Italian History: No. International Standard Parcel isn't covered by insurance for break, loss and destruction. But it is partly trackable.

Customer: I prefer an Express Delivery with Insuranse Coverage and Tracking Number. Is it possible?
Italian History : Yes. When you add the item into your cart , please, chose the Express Delivery for your Country among the various "Shipping Methods". If your Country is not listed, please, contact us.

Customers: What is the service named "Express Delivery, Insurance Coverage and Tracking Nr" ?
Italian History: It is an express delivery that required 7/10 days and includes Insurance coverage for break, loss, destruction and a full traceability of pack.

Customers: I received the demijohn in perfect conditions but there are traces of brown tape on the glass. What to dol?
Italian History: The tape was used to ensure the stability of your demijohn into the box. You can remove the tape traces using ethyl alchool and a sponge.

Customers: At the delivery, the external conditions of pack seem perfect. How to check the inside glass conditions?
Italian History: At the delivery, roll the pack in order to verify if it sounds as broken glass. Please, ALWAYS (in any case) sign and add the note: "Goods unchecked".

After, if the glass is broken, please, don't throw away the original packaging and don't throw away the broken glasses. Please, go immediatly to the near Postal Office, show them the damages and ask to fill Claims.
