The original color I chose for the tree was out of stock, so they sent me samples of other colors that I chose and helped me to decide on a replacement. Shipping was extremely fast and they were so helpful in getting me what I needed! I wish the trunk of the tree was longer, which is my only criticism.

I was very intimidated when I received it but with a little help from a friend as well as the directions that came with it, it was very easy to apply and looks great...I like that you can make it fuller or simpler depending on how many leaves you use.
