You can include any information (color changes, word changes, event info etc.) in the "notes to seller" box when placing your order.
You can also send me a message through Etsy conversations or email me at papersandplenty@gmail.com after purchasing.

After your item has been approved, I will email the PDF(s) to the email attached to the buyers Etsy account. To download, save the file to your computer before printing or before transferring to a thumb drive to have printed elsewhere.

Although this is not my preferred method, if you'd like to print your items at a photo kiosk, I will send your order in a JPEG upon request. Otherwise, all items are sent PDF.

Once your order has been confirmed, you'll be able to download your digital item. Downloads are only available on a computer or laptop device and cannot be downloaded to a phone. To locate your item, go to the "My Purchases" section on your Etsy account. Once the order is confirmed, it will say "Ready to Download." Click that button and it will take you to another screen where you can download your item and save it to your computer.

Yes! We have limited colors in stock but we can get others and are happy to order any color you'd like, we have lots of options to choose from! There is an added charge for colored envelopes and it will add a few days to production time.
