This is by far the largest online purchase I have ever made and I couldn't be more satisfied with what I got. You just can't get this quality of furniture at your local furniture store. I will be recommending this seller to anyone I know needs furniture.

This bed is gorgeous. It took me months to place this order because of my hesitation to make such a large, and very personal, purchase online, sight unseen. But I kept coming back to the photos. When I had a question, Joe answered right away. From beginning to end, the process was perfect, with great communication. Where there were options and choices he presented everything. I got photos and answers to all my questions. And the furniture itself is perfectly made and finished. I have never seen a more beautiful bed in person and I have no doubt it will last our lifetime.

Yes, my bed is superb! More to the point, you simply do not find craftsmen like Joe, especially one who will work with you to deliver exactly what you want. I'm sure his shop is very busy, I just hope it's not so busy that he doesn't have time to make all the custom pieces I'm going to want.

Man o man... Joe is just awesome. He not only made a solid quality product with superior attention to detail, but he also included me throughout the process. I got to select the slabs used for the headboard and customize the dimensions and Joe sent me pictures of the progress as it went on. There was a bit of a Snafu at end; the delivery guys broke the hardware trying to install it (backwards!) but Joe was there from a distance assisting me. Long story short, we got it worked out and I've got a bed I think I'll have for life. Thanks Joe!!!
