A handmade and decorated book.
Sometimes things happen in life that have to be remembered; sometimes we see a sunset that we have to try and describe in words; or would like somewhere to draw sketches of the wondrous and ordinary things around us. This is just the book you need!
I have decorated this book with a romantic musical theme. With the glittered embossed cardstock; embellishments include a vintage style music picture and butterflies. I have heat engraved, using a technique called pyrography onto beech wood veneer, a quote from Hans Christian Andersen, 'Where words fail, music speaks'.
A perfect gift for someone who enjoys music.
Size A4, measures 11 ¾” / 30cm x 8 ½” / 21cm.
20 pages / 40 sides. Red plain paper; hand sewn binding with a stiff card cover.
I use a wood burning pen to carefully and permanently draw my designs by hand.

Beautiful sketch book, perfect for working out new designs. And I love how the wooden engraving gives a wood smoke smell to it, one of my favourite aromas! Thank you for the prompt production and shipping of my book, I love it!
