When will my order be shipped?

Prints are shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving full payment using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Once you place an order and it is processed, you will receive a tracking ID for your parcel. Occasionally, tracking information is not updated by USPS, so please be patient if this happens.

What is the estimated delivery time once my order has been shipped?

Average delivery time: 3-5 business days in USA and 10-20 business days everywhere else. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Parcels can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy holiday seasons. Once your order has been mailed, I am not responsible for postal delays that may occur. If your order is intended for a special occasion please order in advance.

Do you accept returns / refunds?

Since items in my shop are made-to-order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issue with your order, please contact me. I value my customers and want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If there is a physical defect in a print, I will replace it.

What should I do if my prints arrive damaged from shipping?

In the very unlikely event that your item arrives damaged from shipping I will gladly send you a replacement. Please contact me and provide photos of any damage to your order AND the mailer as I will need these to submit my claim to the USPS.

What happens if my order gets lost?

Please allow at least 2 weeks for US and 3 weeks for International orders to arrive before reporting them as lost. If your item has not arrived after that time I will contact USPS and open a case to locate it. If the item is not found, then I will gladly send a replacement.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Prints come unframed, carefully wrapped in a cellophane sleeve, and mailed flat in a sturdy cardboard box mailer, or carefully rolled in a sturdy tube mailer for large prints which is the best protection for their size.

Can I swap a print in a set for a different print that I like more?

Of course! Please let me know how we can make a set of prints just right for you!
