This is truly a vintage, one-of-a-kind crocheted baby set from the 1960's. Made by my grandmother and carefully kept in storage by my mother, this set is in excellent condition. It comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home, and it will make an awesome gift for that precious little one in your life.

My grandmother was a very talented woman and this set features her signature crocheted rosettes done in a pastel green. From the shoulder to the base of the sweater, it measures 10" - from the collar to the end of the sleeve measures 7" - it measures 12" across the front and 17" from outstretched arm to outstretched arm. The sweater is closed by two 5" ties.

The bonnet also features my grandmother's signature rosettes and is tied using two 13 1/2" satin ribbons. The bonnet measures 14" around the front and has a depth of about 5".

My mom has often spoken about the Easter outfits, winter coats, skating outfits, etc. that my grandmother made, and I have seen pictures of her beautiful work. While it is nice to have pieces of her creative and beautiful work, it would be more of a tribute to know that some adorable infant will be wearing her labor of love.
