Ready made items are shipped as soon as payment is received. I am more than happy to include a gift message and note card and deliver to a given address, no problem, please feel free to message me to discuss this.
All packages are gift boxed with ribbon. My boxes are 100% recycled and hand stamped with my Dorset Hill Jewellery logo. I use bubble wrap and padded envelopes to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely.

You as the buyer are liable for any extra taxes or customs charges due if you are outside the EU.
If buying from overseas please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. I now only use Royal Mail International tracked and signed for service for overseas parcels, for added peace of mind. Usually parcels to the US take 5-7 days.

Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy/Paypal. Please check this is correct prior to ordering. Any item returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of you as the buyer.

Hallmarking
Under the UK Hallmarking Act 1973, all articles of precious metals above a certain weight sold in the UK must be tested by the Assay Office and hallmarked. I am registered with Goldsmith's Assay Office in London. My maker's mark is SJO.
All over weight jewellery will be tested (assayed) and then marked to an internationally recognised standard of fineness, in parts per thousand, such as 925 (Sterling Silver) or 750 (18 ct gold).
