How can I verify that my BESBELLE jewelry is genuine sterling silver?

All BESBELLE jewelry is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver, the internationally recognized standard for fine sterling silver jewelry. Each piece is stamped with a 925 hallmark, confirming its silver purity. Depending on the design, pieces are finished with premium rhodium plating or 18k gold/rose gold vermeil for enhanced brilliance, durability, and lasting beauty.

Can I order a custom piece?

We are not taking custom orders at this time.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Return items must be in its original condition and packaging without signs of wear or damage. The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return items that arrive damaged with clear signs of wear and tear is subject to a 30% restocking fee.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer one-time exchanges on all orders within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Exchange items must be in its original condition and packaging without signs of wear or damage. The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility but re-shipment of your exchange item back to you is on us. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process and ship your exchange item.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Every piece of jewelry needs to be cleaned. Follow the three simple rules below to cherish your jewelry for a longer period of time: 1. Avoid wearing while showering, bathing, swimming, or using chemicals. 2. Gently wipe off residues with a soft cloth, and use provided polish cloth for deep cleaning (avoid rubbing too hard to protect plating). Clean stones with soap and lukewarm water using a soft toothbrush. 3. Store in an air-tight container, away from sunlight, warm areas, bathrooms, or humidity. ※ When and how do I use the POLISH CLOTH? The polish cloth that we provided is for deep cleaning only! Be careful not to over-polish as it might rub off the gold/rhodium plating. The polish in the cloth will turn black as it activates.

Very light and the metal feels like plastic. Has already started turning my finger green. On the positive side the stones are beautiful. After talking to the seller she explained this can be a rare reaction due to soaps and lotion. She also confirmed they only use the best silver that’s out there. After taking it off before showering and applying lotion I have not had this problem. I have never reacted to sterling silver this way so that’s why I gave the first review that I did.
