Bought this for a graduation gift. Customer service was excellent. I reached out to inquire about a longer name. Not only was the seller willing to do a longer name but when I questioned using the first name or last name, she took the time to send a draft so I could see the area available with the name. When I requested a color for the mat, she sent me options she had to choose from. She also informed me of the size frame needed so I could make sure I could find one. Shipping was quick and the product was well packaged. I would definitely recommend!!
