If for any reason you are not happy with the item you purchased, please contact us within one week after receiving the product. The item must be unused and not damaged for it to be eligible to be returned for the purchase price only. If the item isn’t returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers are responsible for the shipping and transit insurance charges when returning the item.

It is IMPORTANT to include a copy of the packing invoice and a phone number where I can reach you, in case I have questions. Without this information, I will not be able to process your shipment for exchanges. After I receive your return, I will promptly issue a refund for the purchase price only.

Wooly Rascals will ship your purchase within 3-5 business days from your order date. This allows me to spend the time to hand-craft your item to the best of my ability, or if I am on the road attending an Art & craft show. I appreciate your patience!

To clean your sheepskin slippers, it is recommended to hand-wash the slipper with cold water, use a mild dish washing liquid or shampoo, and then gently rinse out all the soap. Allow them to air dry away from the sun and heat (stuffing them with newspaper is a good way to absorb the water and keep its shape).
It’s IMPORTANT to not apply a heat source when washing and drying the slippers because it will cook the sheepskin and ruin the slippers.

Our slippers run true to size. We use a dense Merino sheepskin wool that will mat down and form to your feet giving a custom fit and will stretch up to an additional half size. The slipper should be a comfortable snug fit, in the beginning, if you feel too much pressure on your toes you should go the next size up.
