Drawing inspiration from the Northern California and Oregon coasts, this whimsical watercolor lighthouse print captures the feeling of west coast beaches in the more rugged areas where steep mountains and cliffs meet crashing waves of the mighty Pacific Ocean.

UNFRAMED & UNMATTED:
- My prints are sold unframed and unmatted. The framed and matted pictures are for display purposes only. I also try to provide ideas of how you can have them framed and matted at your local frame shop.

DETAILS:
- This is a limited edition of 250 prints.
- The print is signed by the artist.
-NOTE: Some of the sizes crop a little from the top and bottom or the sides.
- Custom sizes available upon request
- The "print size" is the size of the actual image. I include a 1" white border in addition to the print size unless you ask for no border.
- The print is on textured fine art paper that has a similar look and feel to watercolor paper.
- I use archival, high quality, pigmented inks that are rated to last up to 200 years under optimal conditions. It is best, however, to limit direct sun exposure to prints and originals, or at least be aware that continual, direct sunlight will shorten the lifespan of any piece of art no matter how good the quality of pigment is.

LIMITED EDITION:
-This print is part of a limited edition of 250 prints. All prints 9" x 12" and over are part of this limited edition, are signed and come with a certificate of authenticity. All "mini" prints 9" x 12" and under are open edition (not limited) prints.
- Artist's Proofs make up an additional 10% of the print run. In this case there are 25 Artist Proofs for a total of 275 prints with both the limited edition and the Artist Proofs.
