Can I get combined shipping?

Combined postage costs are calculated automatically at the checkout, but if you are interested in placing a large order please get in touch first for a more accurate shipping cost.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

Most orders are not sent via tracked delivery, unless it is a larger order. This is because international postage can be expensive and I try to keep the costs as low as possible. Tracked shipping is an optional extra you can pay for at the checkout, or you can get in touch with me so that I can calculate exactly how much your tracked shipping would be.

Why is my postage so expensive?

I calculate all the shipping costs based on the weight of the item, I do my best to make all the costs as accurate as possible. As I am based in the UK some destinations such as the USA and Australia are expensive to ship to, particularly for heavier items. If you are placing an order for several items and the shipping seems too much please get in touch to get a more accurate price, as it is difficult to set the combined shipping to automatically come out accurately every time.

Can I get a larger or custom size print?

I am happy to take requests for larger prints of most of my illustrations, but some of my older pictures may be too small to print much bigger than A3. I have to order custom prints in so please get in touch to discuss the options.

Custom and personalised orders

I am currently taking commissions but please bear in mind that if you request an item such as a greeting card featuring a new design that it is the artwork you are paying for - please don't expect to pay the same price as a standard item. Designs can take several days of hard work to create and I charge accordingly. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss possibilities.

Will Brexit affect my order?

I am based in the UK so customers in Europe may now be charged a customs fee when receiving their order. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience, but this is unfortunately out of my control and you are responsible for paying any fees. Fees will depend on your country, please check this first if you are unsure.

Due to the tariff changes coming into force on 24th July I have temporarily suspended shipping to the USA. I have a lot of upcoming events over the next month so I will be away from home a lot, but I hope to update my shop and resume shipping to the USA as soon as I can. Thanks so much for your patience.

From 1st July 2026, new import fees are being applied to parcels entering the EU. As these fees are currently very varied and unclear I have temporarily suspended shipping to the EU until I'm able to confidently charge the correct fees required for posting. In the meantime if you're interested in placing an order to the EU please feel free to get in touch and I can attempt to calculate what fees would need paying upfront.

Gift wrapping

This tiny zine (5 x 5cm) is a concertina featuring 8 of the world's smallest animals illustrated by me and printed roughly life-size to show how incredible they are! This includes the world's smallest bird, mammal and vertebrate. One side shows the animals with some facts on the reverse. This zine reaches a total length of 40cm when unfolded.

High quality print on lovely recycled 150gsm lightly flecked cream paper. The sleeve will be printed on whatever fun coloured paper I have to hand, but please let me know if you would prefer a certain colour and I will do my best to accommodate! Every zine is hand cut and folded by me.
