Exceptional experience! Wish I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ it!! As soon as I saw this beautiful little box that holds a love note with a personalized red wax stamp embellishing it, I knew I had to get it! Dafna was attentive throughout. Ever patient with my many questions. She was on top of all my correspondence. Very professional, kind. This BEAUTIFUL box is made very far from the USA. I wanted it to arrival quickly so Dafna made available EXPRESS shipping! Packaged so cute and came with a festive beautiful cloth Christmas bag to wrap it in. If you're in doubt in ordering this- don't! Our son died tragically this year & out of all the things available through Etsy to purchase, I chose this, to gift my husband in his memory. It holds his favorite quote & the wax stamp on top is "N" for Nicolas. Grateful x

Good communication and the item arrived in time for our first anniversary. Great details on the key and handmade paper. Only thing I did not expect was that the box was painted to look like darker wood and I would recommend to stain it instead to get that effect, but all in all it was a great success. Thanks!
