Do you test your film cameras?

Yes, we test all of our film cameras to ensure they are working properly. We test them before listing them and then again before shipping them out. We do this to make sure you do not receive a camera that is not working properly.

Do you test your vinyl albums?

Yes, we play-test all of our albums to ensure they are playing properly without skips or sound issues. If you experience a skip or sound issue, it is most likely due to your record player, needle, or cartridge. If you have an all-in-one record player, you most likely have a needle that has a red tip on it. If this is the case, this is usually the source of the skipping issue due to the quality of the needle.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, you may return items within the return window, if you’ve changed your mind, but please note that returns not due to a defect or issue with your item will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, repackaging, and restocking returned items. The return shipping cost is also the buyer's responsibility.
