Just send me a message and I shall get back to you within 48 hours. Book folding is extremely rewarding and not as difficult as it looks. It promotes hand-eye coordination, exercises the fingers and wrists and can offer distraction from anxiety and stress. Young children, with supervision, are also able to enjoy this craft, especially on a rainy day. You can take an old, unloved book and refresh and upcycle it into something new.
