How long do I have to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order you must contact us within 4 hours of when you place your order. Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled or returned.

What is your repair policy?

Repairs are free within 30 days of purchase, please email support@delialangan.com to notify us of any damage. You are responsible for shipping your own item back to us. If you damage your jewelry after 30 days email support@delialangan.com with a photo of your damaged item and a detailed description of when you received your jewelry and how you damaged it.

Oh no! I lost an earring - can I purchase a single earring?

So sorry to hear that! Unfortunately we I only sell earrings in pairs since our earrings are custom made as pairs. We include rubber backs with our earrings for this reason!

Will my gold wear off over time?

A gorgeous, simple statement piece to wear alone, or layer with other pieces. We use high quality 14k gold filled, so the gold will never turn no matter how much you wear it.

A gold collar is hand crafted from 14k gold filled 14 gauge wire. I use a heavy gauge wire for this collar and lightly hammer it so it maintains its shape, but is flexible enough to slip over your neck and stay there. The collar slips over your neck and rests over your collarbone like a halo. The ends are angled down slightly so that the collar rests comfortably against your neck, so it is important to make sure that you put the necklace on "right side up."

This necklace is in it for the long haul : I only use high quality 14k gold filled and rose gold filled, which (unlike gold plate) will not wear off no matter how much you wear it. Just keep it clean and it will be as bright and shiny as the day it arrives!

The clean lines and delicate hammer marks make this subtle piece visible in the dimmest light.
