ENGRAVING:
Front of Charm - Caduceus symbol of emergency medicine.
Back of Charm - Choose one of our standard engraving options, or up to 3 lines of custom text.

*Please note that "Adrenal Insuff..." will be engraved as "Adrenal Insufficiency" and "Ehlers Danlos syn..." will be engraved as "Ehlers Danlos syndrome", and "No BP / IV right arm" will be engraved as "No BP or IV right arm".
