Remember that vintage china is old and not always dishwasher or microwave proof; it should always be washed and dried carefully by hand.
China with gilding should not be placed in a dish washer or microwave.
Recommend china is hand washed.

I sell vintage only in this Etsy shop and my stock is 20 years or more.
Vintage stock has been used by previous owners or displayed for years. I do not knowingly sell anything with chips, cracks or crazing.
Condition of Items are described in the listings .
There may be variations in base marks, colours or perhaps quality from the manufacturing stage. Older items may have imperfections from the manufacturing process.

The Royal Mail service is generally used and shipping costs reflect that. UK postage is offered as Tracked 48 in the UK. Tracked only for International orders and Tracked and signed in the EU. Royal Mail and couriers are doing their very best. Parcels may be left in a safe place. Please let me know if you wish me to add a message to your parcel.
COURIER SERVICES
Used for multiple items weighing 2kg or more. Parcels are collected, registered for Tracking and Signed for. They arrive at the customer's door as one consignment.
For customers who would prefer to pay for a shipping service that offer this service, a quotation is obtained and agreed .

ITEM IS NOT SUITABLE
Returns will be accepted within the reporting time of 14 days. After the 'reporting time' the customer has 30 days in which to return the goods .Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
A full refund will be given provided the item is received by the seller in the condition it was originally posted.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS/ INCORRECT ADDRESS
Responsibility of the buyer : a ) to ensure address is correct.
b) to claim their parcel on delivery.
If returned and in good condition a refund for the item 'less the original shipping cost' will be given.
Alternatively, if the item is still required, the shipping is again the
buyer's responsibility with the correct address given.

Shipping times are longer and only estimates. I have no control over delays caused by Covid-19 and other unforeseen circumstances once the package is in the hands of the shipping/postal delivery service overseas.
Items not claimed on delivery due to buyer not at home- I will endeavour to contact and remind the buyer to re schedule delivery. I am happy to work with my customers to try and resolve any issues and come to a satisfactory arrangement.

Buyers outside the UK may need to pay customs fees and duties. These vary from country to country. There may also be delays with that country's customs process. Such delays are not my responsibility.
