I can print designs on smaller sizes, but I cannot make the design itself any smaller.

Most designs can be printed in a variety of colors not already listed under 'variations' in each item. Provided the buyer contacts me first, custom orders can be arranged.

As stated in the item description and shown in the photographs, the political campaign buttons are ONE INCH DIAMETER. That is about the size of a U.S. quarter coin.

I use a 90 cent "non machineable" stamp from USPS, as they have directed me to.
This means the envelope is supposed to be sorted without the use of a machine.
Sometimes however, they nevertheless run them through the sorting machines and the rollers squish the buttons. I cannot help that. Usually the dent can be pushed out, and the pin reinserted.
