My buying experience with Jacques was fantastic. He was incredibly communicative and went beyond in customer care. The piece arrived well packed and was true to description. It's lovely and will look fabulous around our fireplace. I'll upload photos when everything is in place.

The packaging (see photos) is professional and appropriate for solid metal objects (« Brandon-Antiqs » is not liable for any damage resulting from postal handling). What's more, in response to your requirements to protect the objects for shipping, “Brandon-Antiqs” sent you several photos of the packaging, which you approved and described as “EXCELLENT”.
