Working with George and Irina was a pleasant experience from the start. The personalized, polished customer service was a delight, and the hat arrived faster than most domestic shipping services here in the U.S. When I opened the custom hat box, the hat was thoughtfully packaged and when I put it on, I was in LOVE. I had purchased the hat for a lovely southern Derby party and am pleased to report that it placed second in a competition of nearly one hundred ladies. I think the girl who won cheated because her hat was not nearly as lovely, sophisticated, or well-made as mine from Irina Saradeva! (Afterwards, everyone said this hat should have won...) Thank you so much, George and Irina!
