Packages returned to us, due to a wrong address (or no claim) will be re-shipped with additional shipping costs. If you change the address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update us. The jewelry is designed and manufactured in Israel by hand and plated with a durable quality Nickel-free gold plating. We give a one-year responsibility for the gold plating from the purchase date. If you'd like to renew the plating after the warranty expired, we'll be glad to recoat it with a symbolic cost. If jewelry is damaged for some reason, you can send it to our studio and we will repair it, please attach the order number and send us a message with all the details about the damage that occurs and we will contact you. We will update what the repair cost is after seeing what the damage is. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry items are packaged in a beautiful box ready to be given as a gift and shipped in a protective padded envelope. A gift message is available, Please let us know what to write by leaving us a note at checkout.
