The bell skirt/dress is made from a luscious soft organic cotton lycra blend. The bottom flares out to a gentle bell shape. The top features a tube waist band that can be rolled over to form a perfect knee length skirt or pulled up to make a sweet strapless dress. The waist band can also be used to make a high waist skirt as shown on the model. This versatile light-weight skirt is ideal for warm summer days!

Nice quality, fabric and color, but I have wide hips & booty and this did not look good on me, because the upper part of the skirt was very fitted to the body, and then the lower part flared out again just below the butt. It would look good on a less curvey body, I think. I ordered quite a few items from this store, and this is the only one I returned so far. They have great customer service and get back to messages quickly. I'll be ordering more from them:)

I first bought this skirt many years ago. I have a lot of the longer length ones, but finally decided to order one more in this length and am so happy I did.
