Materials: natural hemp

This set of two (2) soap bags (soap savers, soap pouches) are crocheted from a natural hemp yarn. Soap bags are wonderful and easy to use in the bath or shower. Just slip your soap or soap pieces into the bag, close with the drawstring tie, wet and wash. No washcloth is needed, if you use a soap bag. It makes it much easier to keep a grasp on the soap, so is very nice for the very young or elderly to use. They are also great for exfoliating.

The bags are made of eco-friendly hemp yarn, so are strong and durable. Hemp can be washed by hand or machine, but should be air-dried flat.

I crochet these in our smoke-free, pet-free home.

The crocheted hemp bags are so thoughtfully made! I use one of them as a soap-saver, and while it took several uses to soften and conform to the soap (I mainly used it as a body scrubber at first), it finally has! Now it works like more of a soapy washcloth. Definitely recommend as an alternative to a loofah or a regular washcloth.
