Will I get a proof to see what my personalization will look like?

We copy and paste the info you provide. PLEASE make sure everything is accurate. Proofs are not sent for every item.

I want to add my logo to my item. What logo files work best?

If you're ordering a LOGO item... ENGRAVED ITEM: large, ALL BLACK...yes BLACK-ONLY (black elements on a white background) is what we need. Colors won't work. Grays won't work. PDF vector files work best. NOTE: If your file is super tiny and looks blurry or fuzzy when you look at it... it won't work GOLF BALLS: 300dpi Images (jpg) at least 4" x 4" or Full-Color vector PDF files work best (.AI .EPS). NOTE: If the file is super tiny and looks blurry or fuzzy when you look at it... it won't work

How do I measure the box sizes?

Etsy says: Length = longest side Height = top to bottom Depth = front to back / thickness We try to add dimensions in plain US-style wording in the description too, like 8 x 4 x 3.5 inches (length x width x height).

I bought these for my daughter with special needs. I put our address on one shoe and our emergency contact phone numbers on the other shoe. This is the second set I bought. We recently moved, so I had to update our address. These are perfect! Noticable enough that someone can see them, but not in your face. And they're always with her. She has learned to just point to her shoes if someone asks her address or phone number. Great peace of mind if she ever gets lost. (Which she hasn't, thank goodness. But we still practice asking her address and phone number, just in case.) High quality, highly recommended!

I love these shoelace tags! They allow much more space for text than other options I looked at, and the shop owners were helpful and prompt in making sure I was happy with the formatting. The tags shipped quickly, and they look beautiful and professional.
