How long will it take to receive my order? Standard production for our floater frames and art prints is 10 business days. Do you offer rush production? Yes. Please message us or email buffyweddings@gmail.com. We can often accommodate rush orders depending on our current studio volume. Do you ship internationally? Absolutely. For orders outside the US, please send us a message with your dimensions and location. We will provide a specific shipping estimate and a custom listing for your international order.

Canvas Floater Frames

What materials do you use for your frames? We use solid Maple or Poplar wood. Each frame is hand-finished using premium stain or paint. What is the Gap Size? Our frames are built with a precise 1/8" gap between the art and the frame. This creates the iconic "floating" effect and a professional shadow line, adding a sophisticated depth to your artwork. How do I place an order? • Select Frame Finish: Choose your preferred color stain or paint from the dropdown menu • Select Canvas Size & Depth: Choose your canvas size and depth (3/4" or 1 1/2") from the dropdown Can you build a custom size frame? Yes. For sizes not listed, please send us a message. We specialize in bespoke dimensions for unique art.

Custom Sizes & Bespoke Estimates

What if my art is a unique or non-standard size? We specialize in bespoke dimensions. If you don't see your specific size in our dropdown menus, message us for a custom estimate. We can build a frame to almost any specification to fit your unique artwork. What is the minimum size for a floater frame? The smallest size we can build is 5" x 7" What is the maximum size for a floater frame? We can build large custom size frames and can deliver over sized to most areas in the US. We also offer freight shipping rates for large orders and business orders. Please message me for estimates and bulk rate discounts.

Returns, Cancellations & Policies

Can I cancel or change my order? Because each frame is custom-built to your exact specs, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once a frame enters production, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. What is your Damage Guarantee? If your frame arrives damaged, contact us for a free replacement. If a package is damaged or lost in transit, we provide the option of a replacement or full refund.

You will need a standard Phillips head screwdriver. Is all the hardware I need included? Yes. Each order includes hardware for mounting the canvas and hanging the frame. How do I ensure an even "shadow gap" around my art? Our frames are designed to provide a perfect 1/8" shadow gap. We recommend using the spacers mentioned in our instruction guide to center your canvas before securing the brackets to the back of the frame.
