Yes, jute can get wet in outdoor applications but your item will last longer if not exposed to the elements. Also, if jute does get wet, it should be allowed to dry out immediately. Jute is an eco-friendly, biodegradable material.

Are there any associated fees when returning an item?

In general, made to order & custom order item(s) are non-returnable. On occasion and with permission, some items may qualify for a return. There is a 20% restocking fee associated with these returns and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the condition of the item returned. Items with damage or signs of use will incur further associated return fees on a case-by-case basis.

These unique handcrafted storage baskets are made to order, in my studio, with thick, soft, acrylic yarn. The material makes for a strong, yet soft and attractive basket! They are a beautiful & functional accent to your home and fit wonderfully over door knobs, large hooks and knobs. The opening is designed to stretch slightly to fit snugly around any standard door knob and stay put. These baskets will stretch slightly and work great for pet leashes, keys, and other small items that you need to keep nearby. These baskets measure roughly depending on how tight the stitches are and slight variation in material thickness.

These are machine washable and dryable on cool temps, although I recommend molding them back into shape and drying over an air register to maintain the best shape and surface as dryers vary!
