The usual transit time is:

Spain: 2 or 3 business days

Europe: Approximate shipping is 6-10 business days once your package has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The approximate shipping time for international shipping is 10-21 business days to the United States.
15 to 25 days for Canada and Australia.
From 15 to 30 days for the rest of the world.
There may be possible delays at customs. I have no control over shipping speeds once I have shipped your package within my established production time.

Remember that I am not responsible for delays in the postal service that may sometimes occur.

Courier service for european orders (delivery time: 24 to 48 hs)
US and Canada 3-5 days
and for rest of the world (delivery times: 5 to 6 working days depending on zip code).


CUSTOMS &/OR DUTY &/OR TARIFF FEES International orders may incur customs charges implemented by local governments. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.


RETURNED MAIL
If a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided to us via Etsy by the buyer was not correct.
2) If the package once attempted to be delivered is unclaimed.

In these cases we do not offer a refund.
Once postal services sends it back to us we will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.


Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please convo me or send me an email as soon as possible and I will do everything I can.
If the item is returned in its original condition, the purchase price will be refunded (excluding shipping costs).
Please note that items that have been used and not in their original condition may not be returned.

To get the best possible fit, measure the circumference of your wrist without adding additional space, I add the space needed for a comfortable fit.

ADVICE FOR CARING FOR YOUR JEWELERY

Please do not use your jewelry to bathe and swim, and make sure you are not exposed to UV light, hairspray, perfumes and cosmetics.
If your item gets wet for some reason, dry the spill or water and let it dry naturally. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat as this may cause the color to fade. The cleaning of the metal can be done with a silver cleaning cloth and it will be perfect.
If your purchase is a gift for someone, you can include a small personal note at no extra charge :)
