Personal Use and Small Commercial Use (as defined in the Policies) is included with all purchases. The Extended License extends what is allowed with your purchase.

EXTENDED LICENSE
-------------------------------

With the Extended License you may use graphics purchased from nubeDigitalPapers in the following way:

- in advertising (digital and printed media, over 200 copies), product packaging, software and company websites with unlimited impressions, views and/or visits, provided that the graphic(s) cannot be readily extracted from such digital media.

- incorporated into merchandise for resale, including but not limited to t-shirts, posters, greeting cards, invitations, paper and stationery, provided that such merchandise combines the Image with words and/or other graphics (over 200 copies).

- incorporated in design templates, including website templates, blog templates, flash templates, business card templates, e-card templates, invitation templates and brochure design templates, provided that the graphic(s) cannot be readily extracted from such templates.

You may not:

- resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer artwork as is;
- repackage and sell the graphics on its own or as part of a bundle;
- alter the files (change color, mirror, resize, etc.) and resell as your own digital papers;
- imply or claim that you are the author of the artwork;
- make graphics available to a third party on a digital asset management system, shared drive or the like for the purposes of sharing or transferring such graphic(s).

HOW TO PURCHASE

- Add THIS listing (Extended License for Commercial Use) to your cart.
- If you are buying more than one digital paper pack, upon checkout please let me know which one you require extended use for (include a link to the item).
- If you require an Extended License for more than one listing please update the quantity when adding to your cart, because each Extended License applies for only ONE (1) Digital Paper Pack.
- Once this item is purchased, you will be able to download a PDF file via Etsy's Instant Download Service.
- For your records, please keep the PDF file and your receipt of the transaction.
