What are the Terms of Use?

You CAN use all of the DIGITAL DOWNLOADS from Cherry Workshop for: •Personal •Small Commercial Purposes (selling less than 200 items using any of the designs) •Online designs (blog, logo, etc) •Printable or Online designs such as cards, invites, etc where my items are part of a whole design not "as is". You CANNOT : •use my designs to create digital supplies to sell online (such as digital paper, clip art). Use only for finished products - cards, scrapbook pages, invites, labels, wrappings, etc. •sell my designs as-is on Zazzle and similar sites. •resell my designs as-is.

When do I need an ADDITIONAL COMMERCIAL LICENSE?

You need to purchase the COMMERCIAL LICENSE listed separately in my shop if you are to sell more than 200 copies of any item using my designs?

Do I need a separate EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENCE for for every item.

You will need to buy a separate COMMERCIAL LICENSE for every digital set you intend to use on a larger commercial scale - selling more than 200 of an item. You can use a set you have purchased the COMMERCIAL LICENSE for in as many designs as you wish. If you use items from 2 different sets in one large scale product of yours you need to buy separate COMMERCIAL LICENSE for all of them.
