We start production once we receive payment for your order. Production time takes 1-2 business days, and custom orders can take up to 3 business days. • GIFT PACKAGING •
We aim to be environmentally friendly and resourceful. When possible, we will combine multiple items into 1 of our OhKuol branded gift boxes. If you require each item to be individually boxed or if you need us to include a hand written gift note, please let us know in the Notes to Seller section and we'd be happy to accommodate! We can also ship your gift directly to the recipient; simply enter the recipient's address as the mailing address at check out.

We use quality materials to ensure our jewelry can be worn for years to come. To care for our jewelry, please remove the jewelry prior to showering, bathing, swimming, exercising, and hand washing. Common household chemicals, soaps, and moisturizers could cause corrosion in metals. When the jewelry is not being worn, keep it in a plastic bag, sealed away from air, to prevent oxidization.
