Processing and Shipping Times

All of my items are already made and ready to ship. I ship 1-2 business days from when the order is received. I live in Colorado so harsh weather during the winter months might delay shipping, in which case I will communicate with you to let you know the status of your order. All items are packaged in a clear cellophane bag and are shipped in bubble mailers. I ship all items USPS first class and will immediately mark your order as shipped. You will receive a message that includes your tracking number which you can use to track where your package is using USPS tracking system.

Custom and personalized orders

All of my items are ready made and many are one of a kind, which means that not all of my designs are available for customization. However, many of them are and I will designate those that are available to be customized. If you see a design that you'd like a custom order made from let me know and depending on the details I may be able to create a custom order for you.

What is shipping time for my order?

Shipping time is usually 1-2 business days. If you purchase during a holiday weekend shipping will be delayed as the Post Office will be closed on holidays. After your order is delivered to a USPS office you will get a notification with tracking number. Delivery usually takes between 2-6 business days and depends on USPS. Delays might occur during holiday season or due to other circumstances such as COVID19. Delivery times also might slightly differ depending on a package type and weight: Packages under 1 pound ship as a First Class. Packages over 1 pound automatically ship as Priority.

What if I didn't get my order?

Once your order is shipped, and is in the care of the carrier service, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Claims should be made with USPS directly. USPS website is very helpful in answering your questions and submitting a claim. If your order is marked "delivered", you should check with your local post office for assistance in where the mail carrier might have delivered your package.
